Turning Point

Installation with modulated turntables,

A transformed turntable: Its needle is mounted externally. The turntable itself is being turned in the opposite direction of the vinyl playing on it. The result: the vinyl doesn't turn anymore, the music pauses.

The absurdity of the experimental arrangement is underlined by the loud noise of the motors.
